Job Description
PSG Financial Services is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team in Bethlehem, Free State. This is a permanent role ideal for someone with strong client service and administrative capabilities. The successful candidate will focus on providing excellent after-sales service, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties
- Provide effective client service and manage client interactions
- Process client queries and instructions
- Administer various financial products
- Handle new applications, quotations, and policy information
- Prepare investment review appointments and statements
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with FAIS regulations
- Rebalance portfolios and manage administrative documentation
- Maintain Service Level Agreements and detailed transaction records
- Assist with employee benefit administration
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 / NQF 5 Qualification
- NQF5 in Wealth Management
- RE 5 Examination (Representatives) completed
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the financial services industry
- Proficient in English and one additional official South African language
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work under administrative pressure
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
