Job Description:
The JumpStart Retail Essentials Programme (REP) is a six-month blended learning course designed to prepare individuals for specialized roles within the retail sector. The program combines theoretical instruction with practical work experience, covering modules such as customer experience, store location, marketing, and merchandising. Participants will gain foundational knowledge and skills essential for functioning effectively in a retail organization. 

Duties:
Participate in a five-day life skills course covering personal development, self-esteem, emotional development, healing of the past, vision and goal setting, communication, conflict resolution, work ethic and time management, basic HR principles, personal health, and job preparation.
Engage in theoretical learning modules focusing on customer experience, store location, marketing, and merchandising.
Apply theoretical knowledge through practical work experience in a retail setting.

Eligibility Criteria:
South African citizen.
Aged between 18 and 33 years.
Unemployed.
No criminal record.
Matriculated with at least one commerce subject.
