Job Description
Transnet is offering a three-year Chartered Accountant (CA) Learnership Programme for candidates who have completed an accredited postgraduate qualification in Accounting Science or Financial Accounting.

The programme follows the SAICA CA 2025 competency framework, covering:
- Financial Management
- Management Decision Making
- Financial Accounting
- Internal Audit & Corporate Governance
- Auditing & Assurance
- Taxation

Trainees will rotate across different Transnet divisions, including:
- Transnet Freight Rail
- Transnet Properties
- Transnet Engineering
- Head Office functions

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualifications:
Accredited postgraduate qualification in Accounting Science or Financial Accounting

Degree Certificate
Proof of final year CTA registration
