Free Online IT Courses for Ekurhuleni Residents

Description:
The City of Ekurhuleni is offering free online IT courses to help residents gain internationally recognized certificates in Information Technology (IT). This initiative aims to equip participants with valuable IT knowledge, especially in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other tech-related fields.

Duties:
Participants will complete online courses in the following areas:
• Introduction to Digital Literacy
• Introduction to Computer Hardware and Operating Systems
• Introduction to Cybersecurity
• Introduction to Networking
• Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be a resident of Ekurhuleni (proof of residence required, not older than three months)
• Must have a Grade 12 certificate
• Must not have a formal IT or related qualification
• Preference will be given to unemployed youth
